Shipping cost

There is flat shipping rate for single carton orders - £8.9 (€10/$12.5)

Orders with two or more cartons will be delivered absolutely free!

Shipping method and procedure

We use express air shipping only. Your shipment will be delivered by courier directly to your address on file.

Shipping time is between 5 -12 days depending on your location. Generally, most of our shipments delivered within 7 days. You will receive tracking number to check shipping status online.

We declare cigarettes as souvenirs. It helps you to avoid any questions from customs and other authorities.


Shipments for orders with more than two cartons may be spilt. There will be small waiting period between parcels shipped due to customs regulations. Usually 2-3 days between shipments.

For example, if your order is 5 cartons, it may be split as 2+2+1, which make three parcels in total, dispatched from our warehouse on different days.


Cigarettes packed as single packs without a carton. The maximum amount is 20 packs per parcel. These packs wrapped into opaque film inside the envelope. So visually, nobody can see what is inside.


We offer 100% risk free shopping with us.

We guarantee the authenticity of our products. They are originally sealed by official manufacturer. They also have an excise tax sticker on them (tax paid in source country).

We guarantee delivery to you and if your order or its part is not delivered to you  we guarantee refund for the placed order or its missing part.

If order is not delivered due to your country's customs seizure – we will make refund only after receiving the returned products back to us with deduction of transportation expenses.

If order is not delivered due to your mistake in provided shipping address or if you are not claiming it – we will make refund only after receiving the unclaimed/returned products back to us with deduction of transportation expenses.

If parcels are lost or stolen, we can reship the parcel or provide you with the full refund for the order or its missing part at your discretion.

If you received an incorrect item due to a mistake on our part  we can replace the wrong item with the correct one or proceed with refund after getting wrong item back to us. 

If you decide to cancel the order after receiving it, you have to return the unopened/unused products back to us and we will provide you with a refund for rejected order or its part with deduction of transportation expenses.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of the received products you must contact us first, and then return these products to us. We will issue refund for the returned products with deduction of transportation expenses.
